Stephen Brell commenced his career at Netstrata in 1996 and has been the licensee-in-charge since 2001. Having more than 15 years’ experience in the property and strata management industry, Stephen is a licensed strata managing agent, real estate agent and registered property valuer. He has regularly lectured at TAFE NSW and for the Institute of Strata Title Management now Strata Community Australia on Strata and Community Title Management. Stephen also sits on a number of industry working groups which keeps him close to the client.
Jeremy joined Netstrata in 2001 and is now responsible for the organic growth of Netstrata where he works with new and existing schemes looking for higher quality strata management, and managing the transition process to Netstrata. Jeremy is a member of the Institute of Strata Title Management, National Committee Title Institute and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) where he sits on the Strata and Community Title Development Committee. In 2010 Jeremy was a Finalist in the Inaugural Schindler Lifts ISTM Young Business Person of the Year.
Helen has broad skills and experience across a wide range of business areas including company secretarial, compliance, risk management, strategic and operational planning and management reporting. Prior to joining Netstrata in 2004, Helen held various senior positions at a number of small-to-medium organisations. Helen oversees all of the client trust accounts including liaising with external auditors and is responsible for the transition of all new accounts.
Brad Wood has been a member of the real estate industry for more than ten years. Brad completed a Diploma of Business (property) in 2003 where he then worked as a Property Manager in the Sutherland Shire area.
In 2008 Brad progressed into Strata Management, looking for new challenges and satisfaction of fulfilling his client’s needs with a high level of communication and management skills.
Wendy Caragiannis joined Netstrata in 1997 commencing her career in Strata Management after a number of years in real estate. Wendy is now our Corporate Training & Development Manager and is responsible for preparing and implementing training programs for our team. Wendy also oversees our Continuing Professional Development for licensing requirements, and is representative for the employee shareholders of Netstrata.
Sandie has worked in the property industry for the past 30 years. She is an experienced administrator and joined Netstrata over ten years ago as Executive Assistant to Ted Middleton, Netstrata’s founder. She has since been promoted to the role of Administration Manager and is responsible for the day to day operations of our administration team.
