WEBlink - Online access to your strata scheme records
Every client of Netstrata can access their strata scheme records online from this website. All you need to do is register with us as a WEBlink client.
What’s available to all WEBlink clients?
1. A complete record of the registered By-laws for your scheme.
2. Minutes of the most recent General Meeting for your scheme.
3. A copy of the current Certificate of Insurance for your scheme.
4. A copy of the most recent Insurance Valuation for your scheme.
5. The registered Strata Plan or Deposited Plan for your scheme.
6. Emergency instructions and contact phone numbers.
7. Other reports or information unique to your scheme.
In addition you are able to access and if necessary, make changes to your owner records as recorded on the strata roll.
You will have current financial status information and a record of the 20 latest financial transactions on your account. Financial data and some information fields cannot be changed and these are obvious.
Any other changes are subject to an audit process before inclusion on the strata roll. Where the changes exceed the acceptance parameters you may be contacted by our strata roll administrator for confirmation.

If you do not know your strata plan number, the building address may be sufficient. However you will need to provide sufficient information for us to clearly identify you as the registered owner of the subject property. We will respond with an email, usually within 48 hours, advising your login “Username” and “Password”. The Username will always be the same as your strata plan number and cannot be changed. The Password is a unique five or six digit identifier used by us to distinguish your property. If you own more than one lot in a strata scheme then you will receive one password for each lot.
We suggest that you change the Password at your first login to a more convenient sequence of up to 6 characters or digits, or a combination of both.
