Our managers have joined Netstrata with diverse property related experience, gained from areas such as engineering, property sales and management, property law, accounting and valuation. Managers have relocated to Sydney from interstate and overseas bringing different strengths and skills to the team. At Netstrata we understand that each strata property is unique and through ongoing training our managers have the skills to meet your specific needs.

In line with our customer service ethos and mission: To provide the best strata services available in Sydney. Netstrata encourage the Professional Development of all managers. The team have access to the latest training courses and coaching facilities available in Sydney. Training is specific to strata law and strata regulations but other courses on Accounting, Customer Service and Presentation Skills are presented. Training provides the managers with the capabilities to meet the service requirements of your strata property, but also adds value to the overall strata experience. Training and coaching is conducted in-house at our Sydney office, and also offsite at facilities located around the Sydney metropolitan area.

Our managers offer the following languages to our clients to assist in communicating effectively with the diverse cultural mix that call Sydney home: Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malaysian and Indonesian. Most managers work from our Sydney head office with Wollongong headed by Tanya Gough. The managers at Netstrata are committed to providing our clients with excellence in strata management.
